2019 September 27 Friday in Cutty‘s, Grimes, Iowa
52 cloudy degrees to start the day and 72 cloudy degrees for the high.
The sunlight broke through the cloudcover long enough to pu prove that the sun has indeed indeed risen.
The Coffee club was short staffed today. Keith and Jean left last week to wind their way to southern Texas. Tom and Sue were not there this morning because they are Wii bowling in the tournament today. That left the two Francis(s), Sandy, Ella, and I. We left when the semi backed in to unliad through the door near our table.
I filled our thirsty truck while we were at Casey’s this morning.
Just 3 of us this morning.
Because there were 71 at the Wii Bowling Tournament. Each of the 5 or 6 local see senior centers sent teams to our center today.
The last Card Jackpot game for the season was played this evening.
The Roffs and the Starbucks are camping at Cutty’s this weekend. We stopped long enough to get some hugs.
Then we stopped John and Dawn’s campsite for more hugs.
Other than the cooler, with our refrigerated items, the back of of the truck is finally finished being packed.
God bless and g’nite
