Throw back Thursday to February 13, 2013

This morning I came back from coffee and sat down in the recliner and went to sleep. I woke up about 10:30 and Ella and I walked up to the rec hall to check the mail. I received a note from the VA reminding me of the appointment on the 21st. I then went online to the VA health net and entered my stats from this morning and answered a questionnaire about my weight and activities.
I then sat back down in the recliner and went to sleep only to awaken with a real need to go to the bathroom. That is how the rest of my day has gone (it is now after 8 p.m.) Recliner to bathroom, to recliner … repeat. I must have picked up some ‘bug’ at the VA the other day. So I guess the good news is … I did get something out of my visit to them the other day. Grin
