Breakfast was rice, toast, and scrambled eggs with cheese.
Lunch was chicken breasts, potatoes, and peas.
Supper of pancakes .

Ella and I picked up the donated food from church and delivered it to Operation Liberty Hill. Estimated 300+ pounds of nonperishable food.

Ella was the queen of the Fast Track game today.

Our niece, Kara, called this afternoon. She is “under the weather.” I was curious about that saying. The www reports, “The term under the weather is a nautical term from the days of old sailing ships. Any sailor who was feeling ill would be sent below deck to protect him from the weather. (Being below deck, the sailor would literally be under the weather.)”
