The temps, according to WeatherBug, reached fifty degrees today. You couldn’t prove it by me. I was out in the parking lot about three o’clock and it felt far less than 50 to me. The bright sun has done a fair job of melting ice except in the shadows. Unfortunately, our borrowed truck is parked in a shaded spot and there is ice all around it. I listened to my better angels and did not attempt to walk on it.
