Night 24⁰ Mostly cloudy in the evening then becoming partly cloudy. Cold with lows in the upper 20s. North winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Wind chill readings as low as 17.
I checked in via messenger and answered all the Covid related questions before going on the building, I was still temperature scanned in the hallway before entering the reception / waiting room. Counting myself, the were only three waiting.
The wait was very short before being led to an examination room. Blood pressure and temperature taken and answered a serious of questions (have you fallen, considered suicide, are you safe at home, etcetera).
Then I was shown to another exam room to wait while the doctor finished with her patient. Shortly, I was escorted to another exam room where the doctor waited.
She listened to lungs and heart (heart ❤️ in rhythm – no AFib 👍). She examined the lab results and was pleased. She said she needed to check my protein levels.
My next appointment was set and I was given a cup for a urine sample. After peeing into the cup, I was done until August.

Day two of my plan to reread the Bible in ninety days. Today’s reading from Genesis chapter seventeen where Abraham was given God’s covenant for him and his descendants, which keep covenant with God. Read through Genesis thirty-two where Jacob, on his way to Esau, wrestled with The Angel.
