We played a few games before heading to Lakeline Mall. We stopped at Dollar Tree so that Ella could get some food bars for lunch. I was s surprised when she only bought enough for today. So after leaning her at the mall, I stopped at H.E.B. and bought enough for the next months worth of work days.
Today I began with the book of Ezra
where the Lord moved the heart of Cyrus king of Persia to build a temple for the LORD at Jerusalem in Judah. I finished the book of Ezra in chapter10 where all those who had married foreign women put them away. Day 34
Today we drove past this group of workers. One was in a hole digging. Two were on their cell phones. Two were talking to each other. And two appeared to be watching traffic. To be fair, I don’t know what had gone on before we arrived, nor do I know what happened after we left. Perhaps they were all doing exactly what they were being paid for.
