Here we are wearing our Sunday go-to-meetin’ clothes and our everyday smiles. This Sunday is special in that the elevator is able to be used for the first time. What a lovely classroom space that I (not being able to use the stairs) had never seen before.
Building 101C is the main building on the church campus. This is where Sunday school, worship, Grandies, church office, pastor’s office, fellowship hall, commercial kitchen, and nearly all church meetings are held. Building A is the original (127 year old) church building that is now called the chaple and used mainly for weddings and funerals. Building B was formerly the site of the offices, kitchen, fellowship hall, and preschool. Several years ago, during a lightening storm, it caught fire and was completely destroyed. Upon being rebuilt and reimagined it became the preschool and children’s Sunday school rooms.

Ella had done laundry yesterday. However, she remembered this afternoon that there was still a loaf of washed clothes in the washer. So those were done today.
Seldom do we go without a game or two (or 10) of Fast Track. It is such an addictive game. Easy to play, not so easy to win. With four or six people it can be played with partners, which adds another layer to the game.
