God said, “I’ll be with you. And this will show you that I’m the one who sent you. After you bring the people out of Egypt, you will come back here and worship God on this mountain.” Exodus 3:12
This verse has always captured my imagination. If I were Moses … no strike that … since I am me, if I had asked God to provide me with proof that this plan of His was going to work, I’d want something more than “After you bring them out …” After? Really? After I have done what you are commanding me too do … then you’ll prove that this plan will work? After it is done then I’ll have the proof! How about a little proof up front?
However, this is not the way God does things. It is never up to Him to prove Himself. It is always up to us to prove ourselves to Him. Read more at www.MusingsDevotions.WordPress.com Here’s Your Proof.

A couple days ago I had a fright! I thought I had locked the keys in the car. I panicked because Ella would be getting off work soon and I needed to be there when she got off work. Today I had a new key made. So the question now is where to hide it. I’ve already eliminated in the grill, the wheel wells, and the gas cap door. Those are all obvious hiding places that a car thief would check. So my question to you car thieves or law enforcement folks where is an accessable place that thieves never look?

This afternoon while waiting for my bride to be off work, sirens started blaring, getting ever closer. I expected at any moment to see fire trucks rushing into the mall parking lot. If they did, it was on the other side of the mall because I never saw them.

Day 49
Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:.
Song of Songs 8:14 Come away, my beloved, and be like a gazelle or like a young stag on the spice-laden mountains.
