Over The Hill Gang Meeting
We had thirty or more diners at today’s lunch. Everything seemed to go over well. Of course I can take no credit for the chicken and rolls, as those were purchased from Golden Chick. I did receive several complements on the navy beans and ham (hocks). It has been a very long time since I’ve made Mac and cheese that didn’t come from a mix. So, I was pleased with how well my Mac and cheese turned out.
BINGO was played after lunch. So was Scrabble and Canasta. This was our first introduction of BINGO at OTHG and the response was fast greater than I had expected.
