The Over The Hill Gang’s food processor quit after shredding the carrots. So I had to cut the cabbages by hand for today’s coleslaw. In retrospect, I should have cut it smaller.

One huge (restaurant size) can of peas. Plus a pot of pinto beans and bacon that I slow cooked overnight at home. Ella made instant potatoes and instant gravy to go with chicken from Golden Chick.

I penciled in the changes to our bylaws that we voted in a couple weeks ago. Today I turned those over to the secretary to be retyped









Another experiment for supper: a fried pancake with an egg cooked in it. It turned out okay – but I probably won’t try it again. I was in a hurry to fix something to eat before going up to the community room at the apartments.
Ella is in charge of the prizes and I call.
