There were nine of us in the F. R. O. G.* Adult Sunday School Class today. We have one new member, Julie.
In Sunday school and worship we covered the fourth and final “chapter” of Adam Hamilton’s book Enough. There is an extensive epilogue and I don’t know if it will be covered in either the class or worship. We will soon begin an advent study. Yep! Only 49 days until Christmas.

Today was also our monthly intake of food, personal items, clothing, and more for Operation Liberty Hill food pantry and thrift store. We also received one large black garbage bag of uncrushed aluminum cans. We will crush them down to about 1/4 the volume.
The cans we will store until next month … maybe ’til next year … before taking them to the metal recycler. There’s not enough to make the trip worthwhile.
Operation Liberty Hill will not be open until Tuesday morning. That’s when we’ll deliver those donated items we have in our car. It’ll have to be done early because today afternoon we will be receiving groceries for ourselves.
