Day     rain 50%     42°     Cloudy with a 50 percent chance of rain showers. Highs in the mid 40s. North winds 5 to 10 mph.
Night     rain 70%      39°     Cloudy. A chance of showers in the evening then showers likely after midnight. Lows in the upper 30s. North winds around 5 mph.

Enough: Just the Beginning
I pressure cooked the back half (legs, thighs, and lower back)  of the turkey along with the giblets in the Instapot for one hour. Then air fried for ten minutes. Then did the same thing with the front half of the bird. They were cooked on a rack with aromatics (an orange, garlic, thyme) beneath. Bird seasoned with seasoned salt and pepper.

I made Stovetop dressing and added a shredded granny Smith apple, a quarter cup of dried cranberries, and some chopped pecans.

We ate one leg and thigh for lunch with the dressing and sweet potatoes.

We will debone it and freeze the meat. The bones will be added back into the instapot and cooked down for the broth. The broth will be cooled and the fat removed from the top.
