2022 November 24 Thanksgiving

Day        rain 20%     59°     Cloudy with a 20 percent chance of showers. Highs around 60. Southeast winds around 5 mph.
Night     rain 70%     Cloudy. A chance of showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms in the evening then showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Near steady temperature in the upper 50s. Southeast winds around 5 mph.

In honor of the holiday, we stayed in bed until nearly ten o’clock. Santa doesn’t work today.

For lunch we had turkey dark meat, cranberry/pecan dressing with mushroom gravy, steamed broccoli, and cherry galette. We have lots for which to be thankful.

Arik, Jenny, Sofia, and Beket stopped on their way home from lampasas, where they had Thanksgiving with his mother. They came bringing the best banana bread I’ve ever eaten. Thanks, Jenny.
