Day rain 50% 55° Partly cloudy with a chance of showers with isolated thunderstorms this morning then mostly sunny this afternoon. Highs around 60. West winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
Night 45° Clear. Lows in the mid 40s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.
I went home after work and Ella joined me in a trip to Walmart. I purchased some OTC medication and some gift items.
While we were there I topped off the gas tank in Dasher the HHR. Since I’ve only been , for the most part, driving between home and work (a distance of 9 miles one way) I haven’t burned much fuel.
Once we returned home, Ella reheated the mall she had prepared: pork chops, peas, and rice rice pilaf. We also had a nice slice of the excellent banana bread that Jenny brought over yesterday. It was late enough that I took my supper meds with whatever this meal was.
Once again I pretty much napped until bedtime. This head and chest cold is really wearing me down. Also one of the side affects of the hormone tablets is fatigue.
