I stopped at Walgreens on the way to work. Ella had several prescriptions “ready”. However, in reality only one had been filled. Tomorrow it will be filled. I have no time tomorrow. I have a seven o’clock PET scan in Austin. Then work ten-thirty to five-thirty. With choir practice seven to eight, there is no time tomorrow that isn’t spoken for. Why does Walgreens send messages that “your prescriptions are ready,” if they’ve only filled half or a third of the order? Poor customer service.

Again, I got out of the mall in
time to almost see the sunset.
Knowing that I couldn’t go to Walgreens tomorrow, I took a chance that they might have the final prescription ready this evening. They did.
