We stopped at Golden Chick to pick up for lunch and tonight’s potluck.
Ella is looking for a long dressy dress for Christmas so we stopped at Get Dressed. She found nothing that she wanted. She’ll keep looking. It is my Christmas/anniversary gift to her this year.
After lunch, Ella made a dessert from blueberry pie filling and a yellow cake mix. It smells wonderful. And tasted even better.
About an hour before we left for the potluck – Santa visit – Christmas Cantata – tree lighting at church, I put the fried chicken in the Instapot on slow cook. That should insure that it is still warm for the potluck.,
Yep Mr and Mrs Claus were present for children to visit and parents to photograph.

Some were still eating and others were circulating around greeting friends and strangers.
The microphones all sound checked. Song books layed on our chairs. And bottled water for the choir.
