PEACE GIVING PROMISES
We hadn’t prepared anything for lunch so we stopped at Taco Bell for Ella’s soft shell taco supremes. And then it was next door for a McDonald’s hamburger for me
It felt a little odd to have nothing on our schedule other than Sunday school and worship. We played several games of Fast Track today. I’m not sure if I have played since the first week of November.
I also spent time editing the sermon for November first. The sermon grew from a devotional that I was writing before pastor Michele asked me to preach on the first Sunday after Christmas. It has nothing to do with Christmas and does not follow the common lectionary
