We made an early morning visit to
the radiation oncologist in Austin.
That is a twenty-five mile drive that
took from 7:37 to 8:27 because of
traffic on the toll road.
On January 30th they will implant a radioactive gold bead in my prostate.
Then, beginning on February 2nd, I will
begin a daily radiation treatment for 45 days.
Day 70° Partly cloudy. Highs in the mid 70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
Night 44° Partly cloudy in the evening then becoming cloudy. Patchy fog after midnight. Not as cool with lows around 60. South winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
