THIS morning I began a new start-time for radiation and hopefully it will remain this schedule through to the end of treatment. However, because it is a new time, I wasn’t sure as to how long it was going to take to drive. Traffic makes a great deal of difference in travel time. If today is indicative of the normal drive time then I know it takes 34 minutes to get there. Today the technicians were running about half an hour behind because of the intake of new patients.
AFTER my shower, I reweighed myself and I was at 275.5. I hope that is just fluctuation in the scale. If hate to think I washed two pounds of dirt off my body.
Day 75°. Mostly sunny. Highs around 80. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph this morning.
ELLA had lunch ready when I arrived home. We had baked potatoes, spinach leftover meatloaf, and a sticky roll.
AT five o’clock Ella and I went to the community room armed with the Fast Track game. Three were three other tables playing various games. Two people joined us.
Night 54°. Mostly clear. Lowe’s and lower 50s. Southwest winds around 5 mph.
