AFTER radiation treatment I had a consult with the doctor. I was give green check marks in all categories. ✓✓✓✓✓✓ That means I’m doing all the right things and the treatments are accounting the expected results.
THIS is our travels for today. Our first stop after the doctor’s was WhatAButger, which is reason enough to move to Texas
SINCE we were going right past it, we stopped at the Community Cupboard. Ella picked up a grapefruit and a cucumber.
OUR next stop was at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts for a small convex mirror, commonly used for blindspots. I have two installed on my side mirrors. However I was hoping it would solve a different situation I have with our car. My windshield is too low (our I’m too tall). When I stop at traffic lights I need to stop several car lengths from the intersection to see the lights. Or I have to bend down to see the lights. I had hoped that by adding a convex mirror on the dash I could see the lights in the mirror. It doesn’t work as I had hoped.
DAIRY QUEEN was next on our list we had coupons for a small Blizzard (Ella’s) and a Peanut Buster Parfait (mine) and a large Blizzard for a friend at the apartments.
THE closing act today was too host the nights bingo game in the community room.
Night showers with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening then clear after midnight. Some thunderstorms may be severe. Windy and much cooler. Less humid with lows in the upper 40s. West winds 20 to 30 mph with Gus up to 45 mph chance of rain 90%.
