42 minutes to get to treatment and 47 minutes to drive home. There was a lot of traffic today.

The writing on my shirt is backwards but
the printing on the door is forward.

ELLA needed to pickup some meds today. This is the reflection of our car in the drive up window at Walgreens

DAY 85°. Cloudy. Highs around 90. South winds 15 to 20 mph.

▾ Leander, Texas▾     SUMMARY     Tornadoes, severe thunderstorm gusts and large hail are possible today and tonight from the Upper Great Lakes to central Texas. Potential for unusually strong tornadoes is focused today over parts of the mid/ upper Mississippi Valley, and tonight over parts of the Ozarks to the Arkansas-Louisiana-Texas region.

WHEN we arrived home we found fire department and police on the road directly Infront of our building. The dark object on the road Infront of the car, that is sitting on the sidewalk, is a lamp post.

THE object leaned against the car’s open hatch is the entire front end of the car. I don’t know what happened but I’m sure tomorrow’s coffee group will have the whole story. Mostly unsubstantiated conjecture but passed around as of it is God’s own truth.

ELLA’S foster daughter died last Sunday. The funeral is Friday in Iowa. My step children are trying to arrange a flight to get their mother there for the funeral. Ella has her bags packed. All we need is the time and flight number. I will take her to the airport before, after, or instead of my cancer treatment.

I STAYED home this evening while Ella went to the community room to play Mexican Train.
