THIS is not how I envisioned starting my day.

I WOKE about six this morning with a lot of pain in my lower back. When I also became nauseous, I began to suspect it was a kidney stone. That is when I decided it was time to go to the emergency room. I told the doctor my guess of kidneys. He said doctor’s don’t like it when people self diagnose. They did a CT scan and found a small stone in the duct between the kidney and bowels. I was given an intervenious pain medicine. Which I was grateful to receive. A prescription was called into Walgreens. At that point it was time for me to head into Austin for day 37 of radiation treatment. I dropped Ella off at home on my way by.
I’m now 82% completed with radiation.

DAY 74°. Mostly cloudy. A chance of showers and thunderstorms this morning. Cooler with highs in the mid 70s. North winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Chance of rain 50%.
NIGHT 53°. Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Cooler with Lows in the lower 50s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Chance of rain 50%.

AFTER radiation I came home, ate, and slept for an hour and a half. Before going to the Last Supper I stopped at Walgreens for meds and for Ella to purchase travel size shampoo set cetera
