IT was good for us to be able to attend Grandies again. Charlotte, Sandra, Anne, Ella, and I were there today. After an hour and a half meeting we played canasta

DAY 79°  Mostly cloudy. Patchy fog this morning. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Highs in the lower 80s. South winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent. NIGHT 67° Mostly cloudy. Patchy fog after midnight. Lows in the upper 60s. South winds 15 to 20 mph.

WE were home shortly after one o’clock. After lunch I was tired and had a back ache. I took a couple Tylenol and a nap.

AFTER my nap I was a little hungry so I cooked some pudding and set it aside to cool. I watched some shows on Paramount Plus for a while.

SOON Ella was up and making a caramel apple cobbler. The cobbler is to take to Over The Hill Gang tomorrow.

I AM grateful to God and the doctors that such radiation treatment is available. I’m also thankful that it is over. The treatment itself is fast and painless. The side effect is that I’m weak and tired all the time while my body is fighting to regain my health. The inconveniences of taking a couple hours from the middle of the day kept us from attending Grandies and Over The Hill and other social activities.
