TOPICS of discussion this morning seemed to gravitate to a common “old people” problem, our health concerns. The lists of ailments continues to grow as does the discontent with medical professionals who seem to shrug off or complaints with “Well, it is age related. “
DAY 74°. Sunny this morning then becoming partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 70s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. NIGHT 51°. Cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the mid 50s East winds around 10 mph becoming Northeast after midnight. Chance of rain 40%.
LUNCH was Mac and cheese, coleslaw, peas, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Ella and I collaborated. I prepared the pena with four cheese sauce while Ella prepared the veggies.
WE got a couple games of Fast Track in after lunch.
I MADE pancakes and eggs for supper.
PART of the day was in study and preparation for tomorrow’s adult Sunday school class. We are continuing our study on the Lord’s Prayer.
I ALSO checked in on the YouTube channels that I follow. And watch a couple more episodes of Star Trek Discovery.
