THE world outside our window is painted in a light grey wash to start our day. More color to come as the fog dissipates.
WE came back to the apartment about ten. Ella to work on laundry. Me to work on starting lunch I’m the Instapot on slow cook mode. BBQ chicken drumsticks. I also attempted French fries in the other Instapot on sauté. That didn’t work. I think it was the wrong variety of potato. I peeled and sliced russet potatoes for this attempt. We ate them but they looked not very French fryish.
I’M continuing to work on the journal books. I’m very near the end of of September 2019. My pen is beginning to skip as I’m writing. I’m running out of ink. That’s a shame because I like this pen and I don’t think I have any more like it.
