2019 September 18 Wednesday

2019 September 18 Wednesday in Cutty’s, Grimes, Iowa

The day began at 76° around midnight and had only cooled to 73° at daybreak. It reached just short of 90 even with a couple rounds of light rain.

We talked about gas prices, ice cream, the Royals, RVs, and Lord only knows wha while having coffee at Casey’s this morning.

Then to the dentist for Ella’s rebuilt plate with one new tooth in it.

I worked from 1 to 7 today.

The fee booth was engulfed in Monarch Butterflies for a minute or two. It was kind of amazing to be in their migratory path, if even for a short time.

After work Ella came after me and we went to to Cutty’s Adult Center so the ladys could play Train dominoes.

God bless and g’nite
