Breakfast was good with pancakes, eggs, and bacon.
Lunch was chicken wings with garlic and parmesan cheese and sides of mashed potatoes and peas. Followed by cantaloupe.
Supper was non existent. Lunch had been so late that we weren’t hungry before bed time.
I made use of a day with no other activities to work more on the material for this coming Sunday school class.
Shortly after 7 o’clock our building lousy power. It came back on nearly immediately though.
Read: 1st Chronicles 16:8-12. O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples. Sing to him, sing praises to him, tell of all his wonderful works. Glory in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice. Seek the Lord and his strength, seek his presence continually. Remember the wonderful works he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he uttered,
Think: David wrote psalms and sang songs to the Lord. I’m not a great singer but I carry music within me. Throughout the day people will comment on my whistling. Most of the time I’m unaware that I’m whistling. When pointed out, I will realize that I’m most likely to be whistling a hyme or praise tune. My inner spirit becomes so filled with God’s goodness that it has to burst forth with praise.
Pray: Lord, thank you for the wonderful things you have done. I give you all glory and will praise you while I have breath in my body. Amen.
