Cross Tracks Church held a breakfast for the teachers and staff of the newly named Louine Noble Elementary School. The school is named after one of our members who was a former educator. She was a moving force in the church, school, and community.

We made a swing to Wal-Mart after the breakfast. I had a queen size air mattresses to return.

I told the woman at the customer service counter to just refund it to my card. Sure asked me several times if I wanted it onto the card. Each time l said, “Yes.” Finally she said, “I’ll have to call someone. I don’t know how to do that.” So, I said, Well, give me the cash, if that’s easier.”

I’d rather had the money back in the bank than my pocket. I’ve never had a situation where they couldn’t return the money to the card. Maybe she was new … very new and untrained.
