2021 December 22

Day.       69°     Patchy fog this morning. Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 70s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
Night.    50⁰     Mostly clear in the evening then becoming partly cloudy. Lows in the lower 50s. South winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

Parents and children were lined up and waiting when we arrived at the set this morning.
The first family had three children, one of which refused to cooperate. After many minutes of parents pleading, offering rewards, and threatening, I said, “I’m sorry that you won’t give mom and dad the one thing that they want for Christmas. I’m also sorry that you are making all of these children and parents wait, when they really want to see me.” The parents took the hint and got photos of the two children, who had been waiting for their brother to behave.
Unfortunately, the second family went through the same process before giving up.
The rest of the day went relatively smooth.

We needed to pick up a prescription at Wal-Mart. We grabbed supper at the KFC just across the street.

God bless and goodnight.
