Day        rain 20%     96°     Partly cloudy. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Hot with highs around 101. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Highest heat index readings up to 109.
Night     76°     Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 70s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.

The topics for today included: Eviction, thief, wheelchair thrown from 3rd floor, cat jumped or was thrown from the 3rd floor. Amazingly all of these topics revolved around one person

I worked on advertisements for Over The Hill Gang and Grandies. Got both of them posted.

I made a potato chowder for lunch. I also fried some potatoes for breakfast.
I’m attempting to use all remaining spuds before we leave for a short vacation in Iowa. I’ve already thrown many away that were beginning to rot. I don’t want to return to the apartment and finding it smelling like rotting potatoes.

I just noticed the date on the instructions I received from the doctors office. It is the attention to detail that gives me all of the assurance that everything will be alright. Nothing can go wrong.

There was a karaoke tonight at the apartments. That’s all I’m going to say about that. I don’t want to offend anyone.
