WE arose at 6:30, somewhat reluctantly. Took care of the morning necessities, prepared and ate our breakfast, which was a rerun of yesterday’s menu. We were on the road, under a charcoal grey sky with drizzle, in about an hour. It was straight up eight o’clock as I backed into a parking spot at Cross Tracks Church. I choose this spot because it backs up to the the under-awning drive through at the churches may entrance. Today is donation day. That means people will be donating noon perishable food, household goods, and aluminum cans. All of those items will be loaded into the back of our little cat.
OUR Sunday school class finished Adam Hamilton’s book on the Lord’s Prayer. We will begin a new study of Hebrews.

The worship service text was from Paul’s second letter to Timothy. I was the liturgist today and Ella did the prayer for the offering then we assisted with communion.

BEFORE bed last night I mixed up a meatloaf and but it uncooked into the fridge. When we arrived home from church I put it in the Instapot. It took very little time to cook that way. However, left to get her hair cut before I got it on the table. So I just left it on the “keep warm” settings until she returned.
THIS afternoon and evening I spent several hours in continuing my journal project. I also watch YouTube channels to which I subscribe that post on Sundays.
