6:10 AM Fire alarm. It is possible that it wasn’t a false alarm. The firemen took a lot of equipment to the second floor of building 4 or 5 (the buildings are all connected and the staircase is between them .

IT was 6:34 and I got a nice sunrise photo. That was my reward for getting up and out of the buildings when the alarm went off.

Over The Hill Gan

IT was slightly before eleven o’clock when we arrived at the Over The Hill Gang. We brought one of the banana bread cakes that I made yesterday. I cut it into 36 pieces. There were 35 people for lunch today. I brought 4 pieces of cake home. Lunch was fried rice. They made a bowl with no onions just for me. There was a lettuce salad, fruit, and lots of desserts. Most stayed and played games. Ella and I left a tick after two o’clock. We made a short stop at the post office to purchase one hundred postage stamps before heading home.

Afternoon Coffee at the Hills

IT wasn’t quite two thirty when we arrived home. The Afternoon Coffee group was still going on in the community room. They had finger foods and I helped myself to some sausage balls and some fresh veggies. It was sometime after three when we got to our apartment.

ABOUT 5:30 Ella went to the community room to set up for bingo. She then called bingo until seven o’clock.
