COFFEE KLATSCH:  Sandy, Suzie, Michelle, Dianna, Joan, Sue, Ella, and I were at coffee this morning.

AGENDA

Love your spouse✔️

10:00 a Coffee at the Hills✔️

9 OR 10?  I missed the notification that went out on the apartment’s events messages. That stated Saturday’s morning coffee would now be at 10 o’clock instead of at 9. So I went for coffee at nine this morning and then back at ten when others were gathered there. It pays to stay informed.

14 days until Santa arrives at Lakeline Mall

This area in front of Dillard’s women’s store will soon be transformed into a tiny piece of the North Pole

ROAD TRIP:  We drove into Austin to find “Electric Shuffle”. Santa will be there on December 13th and needed to be sure how to find it from street level (as opposed to for the air). And also to locate parking other than on the roof.  Electric Shuffle Austin, 91 Red River St, Unit 102, Austin, TX 78701

LUNCH: On our way home from downtown Austin I stopped to refuel the car. Ella asked to stop at Andy’s for hot fudge sundaes. We did. That was our highly nutritious low value lunch for today.

WEATHER:  We had some very lite rain off and on throughout the day. It never amounted to much .

FAST TRACK: Ella and I played several games of Fast Track. She won most of them.

SUPPER: We each chose and prepared our own evening meal. I had two BLTs and a glass of decaf tea. Ella had oatmeal with cinnamon and brown sugar and a cup of hot chocolate.

HEALTH:  Heart Rate 65 bpm, BP 109/73, Oxy 99%, Sleep 11:24 PM to 08:02 AM, 08h 30m Total, REM 01h 05m, Deep 02h 50m, Light 04h 35m, Awake 00h 08m, 100% of Goal, 1.8 Events per hour, 2510 steps.
