🟡About 9:30 this morning the mowers came. It seems silly to run a riding mower over what is mostly bare dirt. However, there are plenty of places around these nine buildings that really do have grass.

🟡 LUNCH: It was nearly one o’clock when we left the doctor’s office. Therefore we drove through Taco Bell for our midday meal. Ella had a Mexican pizza and I had two beam burritos with no onions.

🟡 FIVE CROWNS: Ella and I joined friends at the Hills at Leander for cards. We, Cindy, Steve, Ann, and Ruby played 5 Crowns. Ruby won this week just as she did last week. Of the six players I came in fifth while Ella came in last. It’s a good thing we play for the fun of it 

🟡 DRIVE: 9 Miles
