2019 December 26 Thursday – our Anniversary – in Liberty Hill, Texas
espite the weather warning, I don’t see the heavy fog close to home. That, however, doesn’t mean a brilliant sunrise.
bout 10:30 we began the drive into Leander and the laundromat. I think we filled 5 machines today. That may be a personal record. I’m glad we had done a load of white clothes when we went to Adam and Leigha’s on the 15th. With me working 7 days a week most of this month, we haven’t made it to the laundromat for several (3? 4?) weeks now. Of necessity, we had washed a few things by hand.
nce The laundry was done, the big question was, “Where are we going to eat?” We decided on one steak house but found another on the way there. Ella had steak, a sweet potato, and a skewer of mushrooms. I had a rack of ribs, rice pilaf, and a skewer of mushrooms. It was okay but not great. For steak house prices, I expect better than okay. I really was hoping for a “Wow, that’s good!”
here is no sunset photo tonight four the simple reason that there was no sunset. The sky remained overcast alli day. On the plus side, it’s warm.
God bless and g’nite
