Friday
Welcome, family and friends to our daily journal, from Liberty Hill, Texas

With a thirty percent chance of storms, it sure looked possible early today. They sky looked like it contained a large black bear. But I heard nary a growl from it. Presently, a flock of woolly, white sheep replaced the bear. The sheep kindly scattered before the sun. Ol’ Sol strode through that flock of clouds like he owned the sky. Guess he did … today, at least.
Grilled ham, baked potatoes, and green beans was the answer to, “What’s for lunch?” Though I had no answer for “What’s for supper?” Perhaps that big bowl of vanilla pudding, that I made for a mid afternoon snack, will hold us over until morning. It must be time for another journey into intermittent fasting.
Though Ella and I played several gamed of Fast Track, most of the afternoon was spent searching for something to carry me away to Never Never Land. I watched ten minutes of dozens of shows but nothing drug me into their stories. I may have to take a stroll down memory lane in the “classic TV” section.
My diabetic vitamin / supplements arrived today. With them here, I could, once again, fill my pill sorters. By sorting three weeks at a time, it keeps my abreast our reorder times with the VA. The lag time between order, fulfillment, and delivery is such that I want to give them plenty of notification time when I’m about a month and a half into the three month supply cycle.Ella’s graduating class (way back in the 1900s) has been been getting together, via Zoom, every couple of weeks. Tonight was one of those nights.
