Friday
Welcome, family and friends to our daily pc it with your friends. It is a way of remembrance for us and a point of connection for you.
Dispite the cloudless sky, it wasn’t full on sunshine either. There was a thin haze all through the day. Or perhaps that was just the brain fog from bring too long away from our friends. Out this keeps up much longer (and I’m afraid it will), we will have to have someone stop in a couple times a day to wipe the drool from our chins.
Okay back to the weather, it reached eighty one degrees this afternoon. That’s all I have to say about that.
This is not my photo
I made a version of chilaquiles for brunch today. My version included shredded ham and grated potatoes.
Ella spent some time today sorting through her clothes. Some “end of the season” clothes were removed to the shed. Mine, however, remain in a pile on the floor. I had sorted mine earlier and carried a lot of them to Operation Liberty Hill. But then Ella presented me with more that she had brought from Iowa (and hidden them away from me). I managed to find room for most of the additional items. However, while we were at Arik’s, she washed a couple weeks worth of laundry. That has added to my over abundance of clothes. I’m going to need to once again pull all my clothes out of the closet, add the pile from the floor, and resort into “keep” and “donate” piles.
.
God bless and g‘day.
