For the first time that I can recall, the Weatherbug reporting station was not Liberty Hill Middle School. For some reason, unknown to me, it choose the fire station in the next town south of Liberty Hill, Leander. It is a little over 12 miles via the road, though probably closer as the crow flies. The middle school is slightly over 6 miles by road and only slightly closer via flying crows. I can only assume that the station are three middle school was in operable at the time.Even the sun appears cold this morning. It’s possible They I’m allowing my own feelings to enter into my assessment of the sun’s power to generate heat. It outs cold enough that I wore a Jean jacket over my t-shirt this morning.Our neighbor, John, among other things is a musician. He has been asked to perform this Saturday at a Library Hill city park. He has asked and received approval for me to appear as Santa during the event.
